OUR PRODUCT WARRANTY
Ultimate Power Company is pleased to offer a five-year warranty* to the original purchaser of any of our inverter-chargers, a three-year warranty* to the original purchaser of any of our batteries; and a one-year warranty* to the original purchaser of many other products.
The customer will be billed for the replacement product at the original purchase price if any of the following apply:

Ultimate Power does not receive the defective product within 30 days;

The product is damaged from improper packaging for return shipping;

The product is found not to be defective
